Rules & regulations
Rules & Regulations are adopted and amended by the Board of Directors and are intended to expand on the guidelines set forth in the CC&R and Bylaws. Unlike the other governing documents, Rules & Regulations are not recorded with the County. This allows for frequent revisions and updates as the needs of the community change and grow.
Included in the Rules & Regulations you will find an outline of the Association's collection procedures and enforcement schedule, which expands on the lien rights set forth in the CC&R. Additionally, the Rules & Regs offer clarification and expansion on the architectural restrictions outlined in the CC&R.
Failure to abide by the CC&R may result in a fine to a homeowner by the Association.
