Assessment update: Notice of decrease of monthly assessment
Beginning January 1, 2024 monthly HOA Assessments will be $295 per month. Please login to your online banking, and update this amount. If you are sending in your payment to the association lockbox, please use your unique lockbox ID on the checks. Your ID will be VBT(and your unit number). EXAMPLE ONLY INCLUDING 000 at the end: VBT519000 (Please put our own unit number after VBT)
Remember to follow the instructions below when paying your dues. You may use: US Mail, Your Bank BillPay, or pay through AppFolio Direct Payment (Note: AppFolio is a fee based service.)

1. Payment remittance may be made by sending your HOA Dues by Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check to the following a-ddress:

Please include the Account Number on your check - Example VBT123
2. To ensure your payment is applied to the correct account, please include the following information on your check on the memo line. Please write legibly to ensure the check is processed expeditiously:

b. YOUR UNIT NUMBER. EXAMPLE ONLY INCLUDING 000 at the end: VBT123 (Please put our own unit number after VBT)
3. If you are paying for multiple properties (units), please send a separate check for each property to ensure proper handling of each check. Please remember to include your unit number on the memo line of the check. Note: This information must be included on each payment to ensure proper application.
BANK BILLPAY SERVICES:
1. VERY IMPORTANT: If you utilize or currently wish to utilize your banking institutions BillPay service provided by your bank, please do the following:
Delete any existing payment profiles and create a new one for your HOA Dues. Enter the payee and mailing address as follows:

APPFOLIO DIRECT PAYMENTS:
Once you have received your AppFolio notification, follow the prompts to set up your AUTOPAY service.
Please note: There is a small service fee to use Appfolio. However, your banking billpay service is generally free.
If there are any questions or concerns, please email [email protected]. We ask for patience as we navigate the transition. There will be a 'Welcome Email' sent from Appfolio within the coming days. Please check your junk email for this, if you do not receive it. This will allow your payments to be made online, set up for auto-pay, and a variety of other online options.
