Phone Service: Your condominium has been pre-wired to provide telephone to your Villa. To have your phone turned on; contact Qwest Communications at (800) 244-1111 to schedule a time for installation. The cost of service will vary according to the type of service you require.
Cable TV Service: Basic Comcast cable T.V. is included with your monthly Homeowners’ Association dues. If you would like to upgrade your service you may contact your Comcast Representative at 1-888-895-6504. When calling this number you need to mention "Bulk Account" as a new owner. Additional charges for upgraded packages will be billed to you separately. New account control boxes can be picked up at Xfinity Store by Comcast, 4423 N Division St, Spokane, WA 99207.

Homeowners’ Association: Operations Solutions NW manages The Villa’s at Big Trout. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance of both entries to the property, common areas, street lights, garage lights, homeowners’ entry lights, street cleaning, and snow removal in main drives as well as walk ways. Inspections are done on a regular basis but if you notice something that is missed, please contact us.
