assessment information

Effective January 1, 2025, the assessment is $319 per unit per month. Assessments are due on the 1st and late penalties are levied if funds are not received by the last day of the following month. Example: Assessments due on January 1 are considered late on the last day of February.

The Association does not provide regular statements, or coupon books in an effort to save money for the homeowners.  In the event that a balance remains outstanding past the grace period, late penalties are levied and a notice is sent to the homeowner. For more information regarding the HOA's collection practices, please see the Rules and Regulations and the Collection Policy below:

The maintenance and management services incurred by the Association are dependent upon the timely receipt of the assessments due from each homeowner. If payments are late you will incur a $25 per month late fee plus interest (15% annual). The CC&Rs allow the Association to charge late charges and interest and proceed with a lien on your property, or foreclosure proceeding for nonpayment of assessments.
