The Villas at Big Trout architectural Review process is established and administered by an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) appointed by Greenstone Inc., the Developer.

The architectural review process, which is formalized by documents you can review via this resource link, is designed to preserve the visual impression of The Villas at Big Trout as a distinctive and desirable place to live.

Any structural changes made to the home contribute to an overall community image that is readily identifiable as a high quality development and must be submitted in an Architectural request. Due to noise concerns, any condo not on the ground level will not be permitted to change carpeting to any floor covering other than carpet.

By following the Rules, residents will protect and enhance each property owner’s investment in his/her home site.
